3. Description of Services
iOwn.Me provides the “root proof of authenticity” to your digital self in the form of an iOwn.Me Declaration Certificate (Dec Cert).
iOwn.Me empowers you to take control of your digital identity through a comprehensive suite of tools. This combination fosters a novel approach to digital self-ownership, grounded in human rights principles and is self-attested as independent of or dependent on any government validation.
Here's how:
Declaration Certificate (Dec Cert): This acts as your digital "title" and establishes root proof of authenticity for your online self. It includes verification of your government-issued ID and generates a unique ID Validation number. This unique number links you to the Dec Cert and can be used to link to all your digital assets while proving ownership via the chain of custody tracking mechanisms built into the system.
Establishing Ownership: Declaration Certificate (Dec Cert) & Self-Attestation
-
End-User License Agreement (EULA): By accepting the EULA, you agree to the terms and conditions for joining the iOwn.Me Community of Trust (CoT). This legal framework sets minimum cybersecurity and privacy standards for all members.
-
Aftert you agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA) and you are licensed to use the iOwn.Me Community of Trust IP to declare ownership of your digital self through a self-attestation process.
-
This self-attestation is formalized in the Dec Cert, acting as a "title" to your data, including Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL).
-
An independent ID verification step validates your government-issued ID against the information provided, ensuring you are who you claim to be.
-
A unique ID Validation number is generated, linking it to the Dec Cert and your valid name. This number tracks the chain of custody for your digital ID.
-
Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) License Agreement: This agreement connects your Dec Cert to your existing digital assets (past social media content) and future creations.
-
Community of Trust (CoT): This framework provides a safe and secure environment for individuals who value digital ownership. Members agree to a set of rules, including adhering to the NIL license and upholding CoT data protection standards.
-
Advanced Distributed Digital Identity Vault (ADDIV): This secure vault stores your Dec Cert, NIL License, NFTs, and other digital assets. It allows you to track various aspects of your digital identity while adding to this over time.
-
Your participation in the iOwn.Me ecosystem involves these agreements:
End User License Agreement (EULA) grants access and use of the CoT legal framework.
